Terms and Conditions

Complimentary Car Wash (Shell Upper Tumon and Mangilao)

  1. IP&E Holdings, LLC (“IP&E”) shall provide eligible Gold and Sapphire Members with one (1) complimentary car wash per calendar month, subject at all times to the availability and operational status of the designated AUTOWASH car wash facilities at Shell Upper Tumon and Shell Mangilao.

  2. The complimentary car wash is provided as an ancillary membership benefit and is subject to service availability. In the event that a designated car wash facility is unavailable or non-operational for any reason, including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction, maintenance, repair, temporary closure, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond IP&E’s reasonable control, IP&E shall have no obligation or liability to issue any replacement, substitute, or additional car wash voucher or benefit.

  3. Eligible  Gold Members may redeem one (1) complimentary Premium Wash per calendar month.

  4. Eligible  Sapphire Members may redeem one (1) complimentary Deluxe Wash per calendar month.

  5. Each complimentary car wash must be redeemed within the calendar month in which it is issued or made available. Any complimentary car wash not redeemed within the applicable calendar month shall automatically expire at the end of that month and shall not be carried forward or added to any subsequent month.

  6. Any complimentary car wash that is unused, expired, or cannot be redeemed due to the unavailability or non-operational status of a designated car wash facility shall not be carried forward, extended, replaced, refunded, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other benefit, credit, voucher, or form of compensation.

  7. IP&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, restrict, or discontinue the complimentary car wash benefit, including the participating locations, type of car wash offered, eligibility requirements, and terms of redemption.

6% Shell Fuel Discount

  1. The 6% Shell fuel discount (“Fuel Discount”) is an exclusive benefit available only to eligible and active Sapphire Members. Members must meet all applicable Sapphire membership requirements at the time of the transaction to qualify for the Fuel Discount.

  2. Eligible  Sapphire Members shall receive a 6% discount on qualifying Shell fuel purchases at any Shell service stations in Guam and Saipan.

  3. The Fuel Discount shall be calculated based on the qualifying fuel purchase amount and applied at the time of the eligible transaction. The Fuel Discount has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or converted into points, cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

  4. The Fuel Discount cannot be combined with, applied in conjunction with, or used in the same transaction as any other discount, voucher, redemption, promotional offer, or preferential fuel pricing program, including, but not limited to:

    1. voucher redemptions;
    2. Pay with Points transactions;
    3. FLEETPLUS discounts;
    4. IP&E fleet transactions or fleet account purchases;
    5. Bank of Guam 6% Shell fuel discount;
    6. fuel discount vouchers; and
    7. any other ongoing discount, promotion, special offer, or promotional pricing available at the time of the transaction.

  5. In the event that a transaction qualifies for more than one (1) fuel discount, only the single highest eligible discount shall be applied to the transaction. Discounts, promotions, vouchers, and other benefits shall not be combined, accumulated, or stacked. Application of the highest eligible discount shall automatically exclude the application of any other discount or promotional benefit to the same transaction.

  6. Transactions made using an IP&E fleet account, FLEETPLUS discount, fuel discount voucher, Pay with Points, or any other excluded discount, voucher, redemption, or promotional offer shall not qualify for the additional 6% Fuel Discount.

  7. IP&E reserves the right to require verification of the Member’s Sapphire membership status and eligibility before applying the Fuel Discount. The Member must comply with the applicable identification, membership, payment, or transaction requirements prescribed by IP&E.

  8. The Fuel Discount must be applied at the time of the qualifying transaction and may not be applied retroactively to a completed transaction. No refund, credit, points adjustment, or other compensation shall be provided for a Fuel Discount that was not applied at the time of purchase.

  9. IP&E reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or revoke the Fuel Discount and membership in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, or violation of the program terms and conditions.

  10. IP&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, substitute, or discontinue the Fuel Discount, including its discount rate, eligibility requirements, participating locations, qualifying fuel products, exclusions, and redemption conditions.

  11. The Fuel Discount is subject to the applicable program terms and conditions and any additional terms communicated by IP&E from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms governing the Sapphire Fuel Discount shall apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

Foody’s

  1. All Gold and Sapphire members will automatically be able to upsize any Fountain Beverage Drink from 32oz to 44oz at any Foody’s Store. Fountain Beverage is defined as any soda available at Fountain Beverage dispenser and does not apply to coffee, tea, and/or Ice Machine.

  2. Seasonal Bear Falls Exclusive offers will only be available for a limited time to Gold and Sapphire Members. During this time, these seasonal releases will be first offers to members that fall within these tiers.

  3. All offers cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing discounts and promotions.

Fizz & Co. Guam

  1. All offers are available starting November 14, 2024 onwards.

  2.  Silver Members are eligible to receive a 10% discount with a minimum spend of $20 in one transaction.

  3.  Gold and Sapphire Members are eligible to receive a 15% discount with a minimum spend of $20 in one transaction.

  4.  members must present their virtual or physical card to Fizz and Co.'s Cashier upon ordering to avail of the member discounts.

  5. Promo is limited to one (1) discount per member, per visit and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions.

Ta’Lu Eats Guam

  1. Offer is available starting August 8, 2025 until July 31, 2027.

  2.  members are eligible to receive a 10% discount with a minimum spend of $20 in one transaction.

  3. Discount is applicable to dine-in and take out transactions only.

  4.  members must present their virtual or physical to Ta’Lu Eats Cashier upon ordering to avail of the member discount.

  5. Promo is not applicable to catering menu options.

  6. Promo is limited to one (1) discount per member, per visit and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions.

Selfpix Cafe Guam

  1. Offer is available starting November 01, 2025 onwards.

  2.  Silver members are eligible to receive one(1) Free Strawberry Lemonade with a minimum spend of $25 in a single transaction.

  3. Gold members are eligible to receive one(1) Free Strawberry Lemonade with a minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction.

  4.  Sapphire members are eligible to receive one(1) Free Strawberry Lemonade with a minimum spend of $15 in a single transaction.

  5.   members must present their virtual or physical to Selfpix Café Cashier upon ordering to avail of the member offer. Latest membership tier will be validated using the PACIFICPOINTS Partner App.
